ARTICLE 1: USE OF THE DESIGN LANGUAGE WEBSITE
The main purpose of the Design Language Website is to present the Company’s Design Language, that is to say: (i) to provide guidelines and documentation to any member or partner of the Company working to create and (ii) to maintain a consistent digital style and design on all digital properties emanating from the Company, both at global and local level.
This includes information relating but not limited to: (a) color codes, (b) usage of logo, (c) typography, (d) granular components used to create templates and web pages (e.g. buttons, input forms, icons, sliders, cards…) or (e) code (html, CSS and javascript). The Design Language Website is freely accessible but intended for the Company’s marketing and digital teams, as well as for any agency working with the Company, for instance: web designers, UI/UX designers and web developers (collectively the “Intended Users”). As one of the Intended Users, you may access, browse and use the Design Language Website in accordance with these terms of use (the “Terms of Use”), the other sets of applicable terms and conditions and the applicable laws.
By using the Design Language Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) without reserve, as well as the Terms of Use of the royalcanin.com website, Royal Canin’s Privacy Policy and Royal Canin’s Copyright Policy. If you do not accept the entire list of terms and conditions, you shall not use the Design Language Website.
ARTICLE 2: MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS OF USE AND TO THE DESIGN LANGUAGE WEBSITE

ARTICLE 4: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Design Language Website, as well as all intellectual property rights in relation to its content (texts, images, videos, databases, sounds, photographs, know-how, products and products names, business names, logos, trademarks, etc.) are either the property of Royal Canin and/or its affiliates, or are subject to licenses and/or authorizations granted to us by third parties.
The Design Language Website shall only be used by the Intended Users for the implementation of the tasks assigned to them, in accordance with these Terms of Use, and with a prior authorization granted by Royal Canin. No license is granted under these terms and conditions. In consequence, you may not reproduce, make available to the public, perform, publish or modify any part of the Website and its content without prior written consent from Royal Canin.

ARTICLE 7: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are subject to French laws. Unless such provision is deemed unenforceable by a mandatory local law, any disagreement or litigation shall be dealt with by the competent French courts.
